Role Overview

This full-time position places the candidate within the NEURA Academy Team, operating under Service & Academy. The professional collaborates closely with product management and development departments to ensure educational programs reflect the latest software releases and platform features.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver programming instruction covering Python, C++, and ROS from fundamental concepts to advanced workflows.
Teach artificial intelligence workflows, including application-level data processing, model utilization, inference, and NeuraPy AI API usage.
Explain how to integrate external hardware components such as cameras, microphones, sensors, and grippers.
Assist participants with debugging, application development, and hands-on coding exercises.
Develop, update, and maintain educational documentation following established standards.
Build digital education infrastructure, including e-learning modules, coding labs, simulation exercises, and automated administration systems using Python.
Prototype AI assistants and tutors to accelerate content creation and automate feedback for coding assignments.
Relay participant feedback directly to product and development teams.

Requirements

Completed university degree in artificial intelligence, computer science, robotics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Python and solid working knowledge of C++.
Foundational understanding of robotics principles and controller systems.
Knowledge of artificial intelligence topics like machine learning, computer vision, and AI APIs.
Experience developing demos or prototypes and working with APIs.
Practical familiarity with ROS and ROS2.
Basic understanding of embedded systems and industrial interfaces.
Prior background in instruction or creating training materials.
Proficiency in both German and English languages.
