Role Overview

The Robotics Training Engineer - Industry & Automation position sits within the NEURA Academy team under Service & Academy. The professional in this role collaborates closely with the development and product management departments to deliver educational sessions, manage learning materials, and integrate artificial intelligence tools for content creation.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver educational sessions covering robotics fundamentals, controller operation, and system startup procedures.
Teach industrial communication protocols, interface standards, and programmable logic controller connections.
Demonstrate the integration of physical hardware components including sensors, actuators, motors, and grippers.
Design, update, and maintain educational documentation following established academy guidelines.
Maintain current product knowledge through coordination with development teams and relay participant feedback to product groups.
Develop and support digital learning formats such as e-learning modules, instructional videos, virtual classrooms, and simulation exercises.
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to accelerate the creation, revision, and translation of educational materials.
Assist with the administration of the learning management system concerning courses, attendees, and certifications.

Requirements

Completed university degree in automation technology, mechatronics, electrical engineering, robotics, or a related discipline.
Practical background in robotics fundamentals and hands-on handling of robot controllers.
Knowledge of industrial communication networks and Ethernet protocols.
Familiarity with industrial automation processes and physical hardware items like sensors, actuators, and motors.
Programming literacy in Python or C++.
Competence in conveying technical concepts clearly and practically.
Basic understanding of embedded systems.
Background in programmable logic controller programming.
Prior involvement as an instructor or creator of instructional content.
Proficiency in both German and English languages.
