Role Overview

This business recruiter position involves partnering closely with the Lead Business Recruiter and the founding team. The professional in this role will handle full-cycle hiring for strategic projects, operations, go-to-market teams, and other business-side units. Candidates will utilize established sourcing engines, interview rubrics, and closing motions to attract top-tier professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruiting operations for business and operational roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
Construct proactive talent pipelines sourced from elite finance, consulting, private equity, and technology firms.
Collaborate with executive leadership and the Lead Business Recruiter to establish hiring profiles, prioritize searches, and execute rigorous interview processes.
Enhance internal recruiting infrastructure such as scorecards, evaluation rubrics, candidate experience measures, and closing strategies.
Articulate the company mission, momentum, and growth opportunities compellingly to high-caliber candidates.
Monitor funnel metrics, analyze conversion stages, and continuously optimize recruitment workflows.

Requirements

Possess 4 to 7+ years of professional recruiting experience gained across agency and in-house environments.
Demonstrate an intense work ethic, high agency, drive, and an ability to thrive in ambiguous situations.
Exhibit a competitive nature and a proven track record of success.
Display strong communication abilities capable of engaging effectively with company founders, traders, and commercial leaders.
Show a genuine interest in the company mission regarding human data solutions for foundation models.
Operate with low ego, high agency, and speed within a five-day in-office setting in San Francisco.

Nice to Have

Background recruiting at top-tier executive search firms, strong internal tech teams, or high-growth artificial intelligence startups.
Prior experience hiring for finance, consulting, private equity, or rigorous business operations roles alongside an established personal network.
Experience successfully pivoting into the artificial intelligence sector from finance, consulting, search, or operating backgrounds.
