What you will do
- Drive and lead permitting programs across regulatory, legal, and policy domains while collaborating cross-functionally with product, safety, engineering, and operations teams in new German markets.
- Prioritize and manage timelines, dependencies, and risks while resolving any misalignments with the overall project scope and schedule.
- Proactively identify and mitigate business-critical blockers, addressing compliance and regulatory challenges that could impact operations.
- Maintain alignment among stakeholders across the organization and represent programs directly to senior leadership while partnering with them to remove obstacles.
What you need
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing complex programs where attention to detail and precision are critical for success.
- Demonstrated background leading large regulatory or legal programs spanning product, safety, engineering, and operations teams.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and facilitate clear decision-making processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities accompanied by clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Significant expertise in scaling operational processes within complex and growing environments.

- Expertise within autonomous vehicles or the automotive space
- Experience with international and/or multinational regulatory frameworks
- Experience within regulatory or political spaces, including highly-regulated industries
