Transform complex and ambiguous business challenges from various Match Group brands into clear machine learning product strategies.
Drive execution and collaboration across a globally distributed team spanning multiple cultures and time zones.
Identify valuable problems worth solving, articulate them precisely, and build alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Own end-to-end product thinking by framing problems, shaping execution plans, and defining what the team builds.
Work with a diverse array of technologies, ranging from server-side AI models and large language models to on-device machine learning modules.

Requirements

Strong strategic troubleshooting abilities with a proactive bias for action to resolve roadblocks independently.
