The Product Manager, Agentic AI role at CUBE focuses on developing and launching new Agentic AI products for their SaaS solutions used in the financial services regulatory intelligence space. This individual will take complete ownership of these new product areas, moving from initial customer discovery to final delivery and iteration. The core mission is to leverage agentic AI—systems that can reason, act, and learn autonomously—to simplify complex regulatory compliance for their global clientele.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end ownership and is driven to shape how agentic AI integrates into enterprise software workflows. The successful candidate will work closely with AI research and engineering teams, using agentic tools themselves as a force multiplier to accelerate research and prototyping. They will bridge the gap between customer needs, technical feasibility, and product execution.

What you will do
- Own the product area completely, managing the process from understanding the problem to delivery, launch, and iteration.
- Conduct customer discovery interviews and analyze usage data to establish an evidence-based viewpoint on product direction.
- Rapidly prototype ideas using AI to test assumptions quickly and ensure the team is building the correct solution.
- Utilize AI and agentic tooling to act as a personal force multiplier for faster research and prototyping.
- Define clear success metrics for the product and track performance through to final delivery.
- Collaborate daily with engineering, design, and customer teams to resolve issues and coordinate go-to-market launches.
- Communicate product plans and progress clearly to stakeholders, defending prioritization decisions confidently.
What you need
- Possesses a builder mindset with a bias toward action, consistently prototyping and shipping solutions despite incomplete information.
- Demonstrates fluency with AI assistants, LLMs, and agentic tooling to enhance speed and adoption within the team.
- Requires some product management experience within B2B SaaS, enterprise software, or technology platforms, with a proven history of owning and shipping products.
- Has a history of effective collaboration with engineering, design, and commercial teams within an agile environment on complex products.
- Is comfortable making data-informed decisions by defining metrics, analyzing performance, and using evidence for prioritization.
