Role Overview

As the Director of AI Product, the individual creates the multi-year product vision and execution strategy across several pillars within the digital workforce and AI agent platform. This position operates where product strategy intersects with business impact and engineering leadership. The role requires transforming complex automation challenges into scalable solutions while maintaining leadership in intelligent payment infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Shape a three-year product vision for the agentic artificial intelligence ecosystem, aligning choices with revenue objectives and market expansion.
Manage, hire, and develop a team of Product Managers while establishing operational processes and fostering an innovative culture.
Oversee the AI agent orchestration platform to support automated workflows, task delegation, and agent monitoring.
Implement guardrails, safety protocols, compliance controls, and human-in-the-loop oversight for enterprise-scale merchants.
Collaborate with engineering, sales, customer success, and partnership teams to turn market needs into actionable product strategy.
Own the business metrics, performance, and key performance indicators tied to merchant adoption and platform scalability.

Requirements

Ten or more years of professional background in product management.
Demonstrated history leading multiple product teams or managing product managers.
Extensive familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning products, automation platforms, or agentic systems.
Knowledge of agentic ecosystems including large language model-powered agents, workflow automation, AI safety, and evaluation monitoring.
Experience scaling API-driven platforms and working alongside engineering groups on complex systems.
Strategic thinking capacity with advanced or native English language proficiency.
