Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Research customer opportunities and analyze user data using internal tools and direct user testing.
Make critical product decisions by balancing intuition, data, and research.
Craft early concepts and finalize product designs using tools like Figma, Claude, and Cursor.
Partner directly with engineering pods to deliver value to customers and the business.
Contribute to and evolve internal design systems and reusable patterns.
Bridge digital interfaces with real-world physical operations.
Explore new AI and LLM workflows to streamline design processes.
Drive alignment and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the company.

Requirements

Six or more years of product design experience at fast-moving companies.
Proficiency as a product design generalist across research, UI design, and systems thinking.
Interest in emerging design tools and AI-assisted workflows.
Strong project management skills and a history of driving projects to completion.
Solid foundations in visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and interaction design.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and break complex problems into iterative milestones.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
