Key Responsibilities

Direct a stream-aligned squad, manage the backlog, clear obstacles, and participate hands-on in launching, testing, and developing valuable increments.
Create collaborative requirements, documentation, and diagrams using AI accelerators to maintain alignment across design, engineering, and data teams.
Maintain complete ownership of the product lifecycle following a build-and-run operational mindset, utilizing AI-powered automation and observability.
Run agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, retrospectives, and post-mortems to foster transparency and business value delivery.

Requirements

Possess 2 to 3 or more years of professional background in software development or digital product roles like Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or Product Manager.
Demonstrate real AI fluency by orchestrating agents, breaking down problems, and combining outputs to boost productivity.
Bring a hands-on software background with comfort in technical documentation, integration flows, and APIs.
Operate with autonomy to define product vision, establish metrics, and turn strategies into actionable roadmaps.
Exhibit technical fluency capable of reading API specifications including REST, GraphQL, and Webhooks, executing basic SQL or NoSQL queries, and discussing architecture trade-offs.
Understand agile methodologies with past involvement in agile planning, reviews, and dailies.
Communicate clearly to simplify complex technical concepts for stakeholders and team members alike.
Make decisions grounded in evidence and product metrics.
