Working directly with customers, stakeholders, and internal engineering teams, this person will prototype quickly using AI tools, evaluate agentic frameworks, and guide product direction from discovery to production. What you will do
- Own high-impact outcomes end-to-end instead of focusing solely on fixed feature sets.
- Engage directly with customers and stakeholders to shape product direction and handle high-stakes conversations.
- Prototype quickly using AI tools and test ideas directly in a codebase to validate concepts before shipping.
- Determine the best agentic approach for customer needs, utilizing agents, workflows, or novel interactions.
- Manage backlog prioritization and roadmap coordination while maintaining alignment with broader company strategy.
- Build cross-functional trust and actively mentor fellow Product Builders across the organization.
What you need
- Direct, hands-on experience building agentic systems and working with agentic frameworks, tool use, and context engineering.
- Technical fluency to prototype quickly with AI tools and low-code integrations, testing ideas directly in a codebase.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to understand end-to-end architecture and complex data flows.
- Demonstrated experience navigating high-risk, ambiguous challenges and leading high-stakes customer or executive conversations.
