Role Overview

This position involves establishing data standards, KPIs, and dashboards while serving as the analytics expert for a global HRIS transformation. The person in this role will drive predictive insights and integrate AI automation into human resources processes at ARX Robotics GmbH in Munich.

Key Responsibilities

Develop the global People Analytics framework entirely from the ground up, defining KPIs, data standards, and dashboards.
Provide actionable insights covering talent acquisition, retention, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Act as the core data and analytics expert during the global HRIS implementation to shape future technology requirements.
Integrate AI and automation throughout the People function by identifying use cases, running pilots, and assessing impact.
Provide self-service analytics capabilities to leaders and the People team to minimize manual reporting tasks.
Create a single source of truth for all workforce data by setting clear data governance and quality standards.
Optimize human resources processes through technology to remove manual work and enhance the employee and manager experience.

Requirements

Proven background in People Analytics or a data-focused equivalent domain with the ability to convert complex data into strategic insights.
Experience in setting up analytics standards, governance, and KPIs, preferably within an international business environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of HR data models and the employee lifecycle.
Direct participation in supporting a major HRIS implementation or large-scale HR technology migration.
Practical knowledge of applying AI, specifically generative AI, and automation in an HR setting.
Capability to communicate complex analytical findings clearly to senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of data privacy rules and responsible AI handling regarding employee information.
