Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of professional background in talent operations, sourcing, or recruiting within early-stage tech startups.
Practical background utilizing artificial intelligence applications like ChatGPT or Claude to evaluate output standards, spot mistakes, and recognize system boundaries.
Background in finalizing placements and overseeing late-stage applicant dialogues, consisting of offer negotiations and objection management.
Capability to utilize key performance indicators, dashboards, A/B tests, or conversion evaluations to guide hiring choices.
