Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Create machine learning models capable of predicting molecular properties directly from chemical structures.

Utilize proprietary datasets to iterate on modeling concepts and enhance model performance.

Requirements

Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Machine Learning Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, or similar function.

Strong scientific background, ideally holding a PhD in chemistry, biology, physics, or an adjacent field.

Demonstrated expertise in machine learning fundamentals, deep learning architectures, and evaluation methodologies.

Proficiency in standard Python-based machine learning frameworks including PyTorch, JAX, and TensorFlow.

Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice to Have

Graduate-level knowledge of cell biology, molecular biology, or biochemistry alongside collaboration experience with wet lab scientists.
