This hybrid job involves evaluating business challenges and deciding whether artificial intelligence, standard software, or process modifications offer the best solution. Key Responsibilities

Determine whether artificial intelligence, conventional software, or process adjustments provide the correct approach for specific problems.
Guide assigned artificial intelligence projects from initial discovery through deployment and ongoing refinement, handling dependencies, timelines, risk, and success metrics.
Build, configure, test, and optimize workflows and tools utilizing approved enterprise, low-code, and development platforms.
Implement established standards covering instructions, data permissions, reference materials, monitoring, testing, failure management, and human oversight.
Collaborate with technical teams when projects demand production engineering, complex architecture, integrations, or data access.
Produce role-specific documentation and training materials, measure adoption and impact, and utilize insights to refine workflows and educational resources.
Assess external artificial intelligence vendors and tools for business suitability, security, risk, cost, integration, and compliance with governance standards.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional background in digital transformation, marketing technology, automation, enablement, product management, program management, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years of practical experience applying generative artificial intelligence tools to business workflows and problems.
Working knowledge of artificial intelligence agents and related concepts, including hands-on experience building or configuring retrieval systems, automations, agents, or enabled workflows.
Track record of leading cross-functional projects from discovery and prototyping through adoption and implementation.
Ability to translate vague business issues into clear requirements, implementation plans, and quantifiable outcomes.
Experience evaluating legal risk, privacy, security, data governance, and AI-human workflows while communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Experience designing evaluation frameworks for artificial intelligence outputs to enhance context, instructions, workflow design, or tool usage.
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity, knowledge, development, and automation software such as Glean, Notion, Gemini Notebook, Make, Cursor, or Replit.
Background in Marketing, Marketing Operations, or MarTech, featuring exposure to procurement, vendor assessments, contracts, and enterprise technology governance.
