What you will do
- Collaborate directly with the Head of Direct Data Services to formalize legal workflow intelligence and scale knowledge across internal teams and product offerings.
- Serve as a primary client-facing domain expert to cultivate key relationships and resolve intricate operational challenges for institutional accounts.
- Map and investigate complex legal processes involving credit agreements, covenants, and debt structures to integrate the company platform smoothly into daily routines.
- Utilize advanced artificial intelligence and large language model tools to design, test, and prototype customized workflows that streamline manual research and credit analysis.
- Partner closely with engineering and product departments to channel authentic user feedback into concrete platform updates and new feature releases.
