Role Overview

FoundersCard seeks a Lead Product Manager to spearhead the evolution of the primary member platform in New York. This autonomous position centers on driving product vision across web, mobile applications, partner integrations, and novel artificial intelligence tools. The professional chosen for this mandate will direct critical systems to ensure that business leaders and innovators receive immediate and intuitive platform value.

Key Responsibilities

Design and refine the digital journey from onboarding through renewal to maximize platform stickiness and immediate utility.

Direct the upcoming reconstruction of the mobile application and enhance the web benefits home for optimal usability.

Oversee the creation of the AI Concierge and supplementary machine learning functionalities that accelerate member value discovery.

Optimize benefit activation and redemption workflows to reduce friction and elevate overall user engagement.

Formulate product strategy, prioritize roadmaps, write clear briefs, and construct minimum viable products.

Analyze behavioral metrics, conduct usability tests, and execute systematic experiments and A/B tests.

Requirements

Six or more years of product management background, focusing heavily on consumer-facing digital ecosystems.

Demonstrated history of launching core mobile and web experiences alongside high-engagement platform features.

Working knowledge of AI-driven customer interfaces, personalization systems, or conversational user experiences.

Strong user experience instincts and experience collaborating directly with designers, including proficiency in AI prototyping or vibe coding.

Demonstrated competence in data-driven decision making, metric tracking, and rapid execution.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a fast-paced working style.
