Role Overview

Joko is hiring a Lead Product Manager to join the AI Platform tribe in Paris. Reporting to the VP Product, this full-time role involves owning the roadmap for internal agent infrastructure, automation layers, and security frameworks while scaling the product management team.

Key Responsibilities

Define and execute the tribe strategy by mapping internal tool usage and turning operational needs into leadership-backed roadmaps.
Drive the evolution of Joker, the internal AI agent platform, and Gotham, the identity and permission layer.
Build the automation layer by exposing scoped actions as tools and determining when human interfaces remain necessary.
Manage the deprecation and migration away from legacy systems and redundant internal tools.
Oversee security, compliance, reliability, data retention, and audit requirements in collaboration with legal teams.
Hire, mentor, and lead product managers overseeing tribe task forces while providing clear product direction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for engineering, operations, finance, legal, data, and customer care teams.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of product experience, including leading or mentoring other product managers.
Practical, hands-on fluency in AI tools, agent capabilities, and automation workflows.
Experience building internal tools, back-office products, APIs, platforms, or complex B2B solutions.
Strong technical appetite with a solid understanding of infrastructure, identity, permissions, reliability, security, compliance, and data architecture.
Proven track record in people management and stakeholder leadership with strong prioritization skills.
Data-driven, pragmatic, and analytical mindset with clear communication skills in English.
Based in France or Spain.

Nice to Have

Proficiency in the French language.
