Operating as the technical backbone of the group, the person in this role builds internal applications, creates dashboards, and converts manual standard operating procedures into reliable automated workflows. AI-assisted development tools serve as the primary means to deliver these utilities, ranging from lightweight scripts to complete production-grade systems.
Enhesa operates as a global compliance partner, helping major organizations navigate complex regulatory and sustainability landscapes through human expertise and technical efficiency. Individuals joining the team will collaborate closely with consultants to remove repetitive tasks and streamline compliance workflows. What you will do
- Collaborate directly with team members to identify operational hurdles and convert them into technical implementations.
- Develop and support internal tools, dashboards, and automated pipelines using AI coding assistants.
- Deliver rapid prototypes and fully functional production outputs in alignment with team requirements.
- Convert manual procedures into documented automated processes to remove repetitive consultant tasks.
- Validate and test generated outputs against real data before moving solutions into production.
- Manage project tracking and documentation through tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Maintain awareness of emerging development technologies to introduce relevant improvements proactively.
What you need
- Demonstrated ability to construct working tools, scripts, or automations with AI-assisted coding solutions.
- Practical background using LLM-based assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Claude.
- Working familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or equivalent languages to produce maintainable code.
- Hands-on practice with version control systems including Git.
- Foundational understanding of SQL and database interactions.
- Familiarity with data handling, APIs, web scraping, or workflow automation platforms.
- Strong prompt engineering capabilities to extract precise and reliable outputs from large language models.
