The General and Administrative Information Technology team is seeking a co-op to support enterprise applications across Operations, Legal, Finance, and Human Resources from January through June 2027.
Working closely with business stakeholders and IT leaders, the incoming team member will build reports, optimize workflows, and help drive the adoption of key business systems. The role focuses heavily on leveraging AI capabilities to improve reporting and operational effectiveness. What you will do
- Build reports, dashboards, and analytics to translate information from G&A systems into actionable insights.
- Design, test, and implement AI agents and automated workflows to handle repetitive administrative tasks.
- Organize application documentation and training materials while identifying gaps in current support procedures.
- Draft user-friendly communications and learning resources for system enhancements and process changes.
What you need
- Currently enrolled in a BA or MA degree program at a college or university and maintaining student status through the duration of the co-op.
- Demonstrated academic interest in technology, business operations, digital transformation, or artificial intelligence.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex challenges, and incorporate feedback iteratively in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
