Voodoo is hiring an IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity in Paris to manage the intersection of technical operations, security protocols, and artificial intelligence systems within the corporate division. This position suits an experienced administrative professional looking to drive infrastructure efficiency and secure enterprise environments at a prominent mobile publisher.
Role Overview
The IT Administrator - AI & Cybersecurity reports directly to the IT Manager and operates within the corporate structure in Paris. The selected candidate oversees the core software stacks, device management frameworks, and artificial intelligence platforms to support company growth and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Administer the software-as-a-service stack including Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and GitHub Enterprise Cloud across multiple legal entities.
Manage the mobile device management estate covering macOS, iOS, and Windows devices for enrolment, compliance baselines, patching, and encryption.
Handle level two and level three internal support escalations for endpoint, identity, and software incidents.
Automate routine tasks utilizing scripting, application programming interfaces, and artificial intelligence agents.
Execute the identity hardening roadmap encompassing adaptive multi-factor authentication, privileged access management, and session controls.
Oversee third-party application governance, risk-scoring, and approval workflows within Google Workspace and Okta.
Monitor and control software data exposure by addressing publicly shared files and orphaned shares.
Deploy zero-trust network access, geo-based access controls, and detection responses alongside the security operations center.
Manage enterprise artificial intelligence platforms including Claude, Google Gemini, Vertex AI, and OpenAI for tenants, single sign-on, licenses, usage analytics, and budgets.
Strengthen artificial intelligence governance by establishing acceptable-use rules, data classification boundaries, data loss prevention, and logging while detecting shadow usage.
Requirements
Five or more years of professional background in information technology administration, infrastructure, or security within a fast-moving, multi-geography setting.
Hands-on proficiency with identity provider administration, specifically Okta, and Google Workspace at an enterprise level.
Direct experience with mobile device management for macOS and Windows through Jamf or Intune.
Practical security background covering identity and access management hardening, software posture management, OAuth risk, and incident response.
Strong automation skills through Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting alongside REST application programming interfaces and workflow tools.
Familiarity with enterprise artificial intelligence platforms and the security risks associated with models, agents, and connectors.
Ability to explain security trade-offs to executives and technical solutions to developers.
Fluency in the English language.
Nice to Have
Security credentials such as Security+, CISSP, or Okta certification.
Exposure to zero-trust network access, secure access service edge, or software-as-a-service security posture management.
Cloud identity and access management experience on Google Cloud Platform or Amazon Web Services.
Background with IT service management platforms.
