Head of Product, AI Enablement (f/m/d)
About this role
Awin needs a product leader to solve the challenge of transforming AI capabilities into practical product outcomes rather than isolated experiments. Operating across Berlin and London, the incoming Head of Product for AI Enablement will define the strategy for how artificial intelligence creates measurable value for thousands of advertisers and publishers on the platform. The person in this position will determine where AI genuinely alters product economics and where it remains a distraction, ensuring that technology serves business impact rather than novelty.
Working directly with executive leadership, the successful candidate will align AI investments with commercial priorities and build a dedicated product team from the ground up. Responsibilities include making disciplined build-versus-buy decisions, translating technical capabilities into a sequenced roadmap, and measuring success through actual adoption and efficiency gains. Candidates who thrive in this environment possess deep technical fluency with data and APIs, combined with a pragmatic, outcome-obsessed approach to product management.
What you will do
- Own the overarching product strategy for AI-driven value to determine where technology changes user experience and platform economics.
- Convert practical AI capabilities into a prioritized, sequenced product agenda focused on measurable business outcomes.

- Hire, develop, and lead a product team with real ownership over budget and personnel.

- Drive practical adoption across internal and external users to ensure shipped capabilities deliver tangible utility.
