Role Overview

Rohlik is hiring a Head of Finance Automation/ AI Agentification to own the AI and automation agenda across finance. Reporting directly to the Group CFO, this newly created position takes over a live programme spanning procure to pay, order to cash, and shared services. The individual inherits a small team and a live roadmap, taking responsibility for turning experiments into standard operational procedures. The position requires a hands-on approach, combining high-level operating model redesign with the ability to build agents and connect systems using AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end AI and automation agenda across finance from strategy to delivery and impact measurement.
Redesign finance processes with an agentic-first mindset, focusing initially on close, reporting, and forecasting.
Lead cross-functional programmes across finance, tech, and operations to drive delivery past direct reporting lines.
Build and ship agents or connect systems independently using AI-assisted tools.
Manage and grow the current team of three while increasing AI literacy across finance and shared services.
Track and report core metrics including automation rates, cash allocation speed, close times, and cost reductions.
Roll out solutions across five markets while balancing local needs against group standards.

Requirements

Experience in strategy consulting, operations, transformation, or generalist operator roles with a track record of delivering automation programmes.
Solid understanding of finance processes through operating model redesign, automation, or finance transformation.
Hands-on familiarity with building AI agents and integrating APIs with AI assistance without needing to be a software engineer.
Ability to lead a small team while remaining willing to execute tactical work independently.
Fluency in English, with Czech considered an advantage.
