Key Responsibilities

Build novel, custom, agentic workflows to support business development, sales, and account management teams throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
Generate precise target lists and audiences for outbound strategies, marketing campaigns, and specialized programs.
Maintain data hygiene by managing processing, deduplication, and enrichment pipelines using tools like Clay and Salesforce.
Deliver daily technical support, handle user management, and resolve front-line issues across platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Apollo, Clay, and Common Room.
Execute territory refinements and CRM updates prioritized by sales leadership and operations.
Assist with system design and enablement to continuously refine go-to-market processes and onboard new hires.

Requirements

Three to five years of professional experience in revenue, go-to-market, or sales operations within a B2B software company.
Deep understanding of daily workflows for business development representatives, account executives, and account managers.
Hands-on experience administering Salesforce declaratively and operating modern enrichment and sales engagement tools.
Familiarity with webhooks and APIs to connect systems and troubleshoot synchronization issues independently.
Practical experience using AI tools like Claude or Cursor as a builder to automate processes and ship work rapidly.
Strong service mindset, high ownership, and low ego with a willingness to quickly unblock team members.

Nice to Have

Experience with usage-based or product-led growth business models.
Knowledge of SQL.
Quote-to-cash or CPQ experience.
Familiarity with workflow automation platforms including Gumloop, Zapier, Make, or n8n.
Exposure to data warehouses or rETL tools like BigQuery, Census, or Hightouch.
Prior background in the generative media or artificial intelligence infrastructure industry.
