As a GenAI Senior Integrated Designer, you will take client briefs from initial insight through to final asset delivery by combining classic design techniques with advanced generative models and the proprietary platform Pencil. This position exists to scale standout marketing content while embedding AI capabilities directly into the daily creative pipeline. The ideal candidate brings a meticulous eye for detail, strong animation fundamentals, and a genuine eagerness to experiment with new digital tools.
Operating within a multi-disciplinary team, you will shape visual assets for major platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube while maintaining strict adherence to brand guidelines. What you will do
- Design, layout, animate, and refine digital marketing materials, e-commerce content, and social-first visuals using both traditional methods and generative AI tools.
- Manage client briefs through all stages including insight generation, copywriting, visual creation, and final assembly across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Optimize and adapt creative assets for multi-channel rollouts while upholding best practices for web, mobile, and social distribution.
- Implement brand guidelines consistently and respond constructively to feedback by utilizing generative capabilities for rapid iteration.
- Present finished work to internal teams and articulate how generative AI contributed to the ideation and execution process.
- Research, evaluate, and experiment with emerging generative tools to share insights and foster ongoing team learning.
What you need
- Demonstrated professional experience as an integrated designer with motion skills within an advertising agency, in-house team, or design studio.
- A comprehensive portfolio showcasing hands-on creation across both traditional and AI-assisted projects.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar applications.
- Advanced technical proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications including Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and InDesign.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills paired with a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- A critical eye for detail capable of identifying and correcting subtle errors in AI-generated outputs through prompt refinement.
