Role Overview

As the Founding Growth Marketer at Creem, this individual takes full ownership of how the world discovers the company. Working out of Tallinn on a full-time basis, this role focuses on building the entire marketing apparatus from scratch without an existing team underneath. The position requires moving constantly between high-level strategy and direct tactical execution, using modern technology to punch far above the weight of a single person.

Key Responsibilities

Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple ad networks and platforms.
Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with events, communities, and key influencers.
Create and ship engaging content across social media channels.
Represent the company publicly by speaking on stages, appearing on podcasts, and sharing the brand story.
Leverage AI tools and automation to rapidly create, test, and scale campaigns and content.
Determine where attention is best won, measure performance metrics, and double down on successful strategies.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience in full-stack marketing, including running paid acquisition, social media, content creation, and partnerships personally.
Proven ability to independently set up, run, and optimize paid ad campaigns while analyzing performance data.
Track record of finding, pitching, and securing influencer, event, and community partnerships.
Strong public voice with the capability to tell a compelling story on stage, on podcasts, and in social settings.
High agency and ability to operate within a broad mandate with minimal support inside a fast-moving team.
Strong AI-first mindset utilizing automation and technology to perform the output of an entire marketing team alone.
