Role Overview

Clera seeks its first senior artificial intelligence hire to direct the intelligence and output quality of multi-channel marketing agents. The professional in this position will establish foundational agent designs, measurement frameworks, and continuous learning systems while guiding future hiring efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance content generation and agent responses for article writing and social channels by implementing measurable evaluation systems.
Optimize performance regarding generative engines and search engines.
Construct feedback mechanisms allowing agents to adapt using real-world performance indicators.
Manage and develop model strategies, data pipelines, AI infrastructure, and agent architectures.
Assist in recruiting and guiding upcoming members of the artificial intelligence division.

Requirements

Minimum of three years working professionally on production machine learning or artificial intelligence systems, featuring direct involvement in shipping large language model products or agents.
Background in creating evaluation frameworks and utilizing large-scale outcome signals, specifically within recommendation, ranking, or search domains.
Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, including Next.js, applied toward end-to-end product development, data analysis, and model engineering.
Demonstrated capability to evaluate output quality and translate assessments into actionable improvements.
Previous startup or small-team background with strong autonomy.
