Role Overview

The Founder's Associate Intern - AI GTM role at Vicky & Tim is an exciting full-time internship based out of the Munich office, running for three to six months starting December 1, 2026. This position suits an ambitious student eager to dive into artificial intelligence, modern software, and high-growth B2B SaaS strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Build AI go-to-market systems by developing multi-step workflows for target customer research, data enrichment, and reporting.
Focus on an AI-first approach utilizing scripts, analyses, prototypes, and MVPs rather than endless theoretical concepts.
Automate and scale growth processes using tools like Make and Clay while building structured HubSpot pipelines, workflows, properties, and dashboards.
Prepare data, build evaluations to identify successful channels, research emerging AI functions, and contribute scalable ideas.
Learn, grow, and develop through weekly coaching sessions, honest feedback, and deep exposure to modern B2B SaaS growth mechanisms.

Requirements

Currently enrolled as a student in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
A strong interest in startups, modern software, and B2B SaaS growth dynamics.
A solid understanding of artificial intelligence concepts like LLMs, prompting, agents, and APIs, coupled with a readiness to pick up automation and vibe coding quickly.
Prior performance-driven experience in a dynamic setting like strategy consulting, business development, or a fast-growing startup.
Exceptional communication skills, proactive initiative, strong team spirit, and structured, strategic thinking.
Very strong German language skills at a C2 level and good English skills of at least C1.

Nice to Have

A prior understanding of B2B SaaS sales processes.
