Construct dependable systems capable of handling thousands of simultaneous interactions efficiently

Execute fast experimentation by testing text and voice models, performing fine-tuning, conducting live A/B tests, and refining continuously

Requirements

Minimum of two years of background creating and supporting production environments utilizing Python, asyncio, FastAPI, TypeScript, Node, and React

Practical background working with large language models, text-to-speech services, speech application programming interfaces, model fine-tuning, vector databases, retrieval-augmented generation, and evaluation frameworks

Capability to satisfy service level agreements, troubleshoot problems, and refine architecture for high-volume scale

Background constructing monitoring and debugging utilities across cloud infrastructure and databases

Willingness to collaborate directly with clients to resolve challenges, analyze edge cases, and provide rapid fixes
