Role Overview

The Forward Deployed Engineer position involves hands-on technical problem-solving, full-stack programming, AI application creation, and direct client implementation. Key Responsibilities

Guide enterprise clients from onboarding through ongoing usage by integrating and refining artificial intelligence solutions.
Develop tools, applications, and client solutions utilizing React, TypeScript, Python, and Node.js.
Iterate on artificial intelligence applications, encompassing large language model prompting, voice tuning, and transcription refinement.
Establish and oversee integrations with external systems and application programming interfaces to secure dependable workflows.
Create new features, minimum viable products, and scalable systems based on client feedback and operational requirements.
Coordinate closely with product, engineering, and client success divisions to provide tailored client implementations.
Manage numerous initiatives simultaneously while balancing speed, standard of quality, and client impact.
Articulate intricate technical concepts clearly for non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

Strong full-stack engineering proficiency using TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
Practical familiarity with Python programming.
Background in developing and deploying artificial intelligence applications.
Experience applying large language models, prompting, and optimization techniques.
Familiarity with application programming interfaces and external integrations.
Communication capabilities adequate for direct interaction with clients and non-technical stakeholders.
