About this role

The Field Marketing Manager position at Snapdocs is a full-time remote role based in the United States, perfect for a B2B SaaS marketing professional with a talent for building trusted brand presence and commercial pipeline. This hands-on job suits an organized strategist eager to scale field programs across mortgage and new vertical markets.

Role Overview

Snapdocs is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to own the programs that put the company in front of the right audiences through conferences, executive programs, customer gatherings, partner activations, and account-based strategies. This role turns the AI-native platform's promise into tangible market presence and relationships. Working remotely from the United States, the professional will shape event presence, manage end-to-end program logistics, and connect marketing efforts directly with Sales and Revenue Marketing follow-up to drive measurable revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities

Own an existing lineup of mortgage-focused events, primarily geared toward in-person sales meetings, and build the playbook for expanding on-stage presence and thought-leadership forums.
Strategize a new non-real-estate event plan to establish credibility, develop relationships, and generate pipeline in priority adjacent industries.
Unify vertical field marketing strategies into a tiered event strategy encompassing industry, partner, customer, and executive programs.
Determine appropriate presence levels for each program, ranging from attendance and executive meetings to sponsorships, booths, speaking slots, roundtables, dinners, and roadshows.
Manage event programs completely from end to end, including goals, budgets, registrations, vendors, booth materials, attendee lists, on-site execution, and follow-up.
Partner closely with Lender and Settlement Sales teams to connect event plans to target accounts and ensure event participation converts into repeatable pipeline and revenue.
Collaborate with Revenue Marketing on pre-event outreach, signal capture, prospecting, messaging, and post-event follow-up.
Utilize HubSpot as the primary system of record for event planning, lists, activity tracking, and handoffs, alongside Salesforce and Slack.
Track key performance indicators such as cost per attendee, meetings booked, qualified opportunities, pipeline impact, and 30-day post-event ROI.
Apply daily AI proficiency to research events, organize event data, draft outreach or briefs, and build repeatable planning workflows.

Requirements

4+ years of field marketing, event marketing, or go-to-market marketing experience within B2B SaaS, fintech, financial services, or a similarly complex industry.
Proven track record of owning events or field programs that contribute directly to qualified meetings, pipeline, customer relationships, or revenue.
Excellent project management capabilities to keep multiple workstreams moving, write clear next steps, and define ownership clearly.
Strong business judgment regarding event investments, audience fit, sponsorship value, and expected returns.
Experience working collaboratively with sales teams, customers, partners, vendors, and executives.
Comfort learning and operating marketing automation, CRM, lead capture, or event systems, with direct HubSpot experience considered a strong plus.
Experience operating on a lean marketing team with broad ownership responsibilities.
Ability to travel to industry events, customer programs, and executive gatherings as needed based on strategic evaluation.
