About this role

CuspAI is focused on using artificial intelligence to accelerate breakthroughs in materials science, aiming to solve critical global challenges in areas like energy, clean water, and carbon capture. The company is building an AI Materials Foundry to unlock trillion-dollar material discoveries rapidly. This role is crucial for expanding the platform's reach by managing and nurturing the global partner ecosystem that drives the adoption of their AI Materials platform for next-generation semiconductor and advanced materials.

This Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for establishing a strong, active community across the AI Materials Foundry hubs in Europe, the USA, and APAC. The individual will act as the central operational link connecting tech partners, enterprise clients, and elite research institutions with CuspAI leadership. A key function involves aligning partner feedback directly with the product development roadmap by collaborating across research, product, and marketing teams.

This position is ideal for a candidate who possesses a genuine interest in how frontier AI can impact materials science and a proven ability to build strategic alliances in a fast-paced deep-tech setting. Success in this role requires strong cross-cultural communication skills and the capacity to manage complex, global operational projects.

What you will do

  • Design, coordinate, and execute a comprehensive global engagement strategy for the AI Materials Foundry, focusing on member engagement and events.
  • Develop and establish scalable frameworks for partner collaboration to foster industry alliances.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison connecting technical partners, enterprise clients, and research institutions across Europe, the USA, and APAC.
  • Manage the daily engagement activities and operational logistics for all global foundry stakeholders.
  • Coordinate timelines effectively between external partner teams and CuspAI leadership.
  • Collaborate with research and product teams to incorporate partner feedback into the agentic platform's development priorities.
  • Work with marketing and PR to highlight partner success stories, such as simulation speedups.

What you need

  • A genuine, explicit interest in how frontier AI can revolutionize materials science and a motivation to bring impactful technologies to humanity is required.
  • The candidate must have a demonstrated history of managing ecosystems, strategic alliances, or technical community building, preferably within a high-growth startup or deep-tech environment.
  • Substantial experience communicating with and building relationships with executive-level stakeholders is necessary.
  • Proven experience independently creating and managing events and conferences from concept to completion, including initiatives run for major companies.
  • Extensive global cross-cultural experience is needed, demonstrating the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders across international borders like Europe, USA, and APAC.
  • The role requires a confident, charismatic communicator skilled at hosting, moderating, and organizing both virtual webinars and in-person technical events.
  • A solid foundational understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem, hardware roadmaps, or advanced materials development is beneficial.

Nice to have

  • Direct professional background working within a semiconductor foundry, design firm, or electronics materials supplier.
  • Native or professional fluency in a second language relevant to the global hubs (e.g., Japanese, Korean, German).
  • An academic background or deep personal literacy in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience managing joint ecosystem programs alongside major hardware tech giants like NVIDIA or Meta.

Benefits

  • A competitive salary
