Clera seeks a Developer Relations Engineer to work on-site in San Francisco, ideal for professionals with community-building and technical advocacy experience. The role blends event organization, content creation, and data-driven product feedback.

Key Responsibilities

Organize and host regular meetups for AI and machine-learning infrastructure developers in San Francisco.
Represent Clera at meetups, hackathons, and conferences, cultivating long-term developer relationships.
Produce technical content such as talks, blog posts, social media updates, and demo videos.
Live-demo Python-based tools, answer technical queries, read code, and troubleshoot with engineering audiences.
Integrate product usage, GitHub activity, and CRM data using Mixpanel, GitHub APIs, and Attio for lead scoring and follow-up.
Relay community feedback and market signals to product and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years in developer relations, community building, growth, or developer-facing go-to-market roles with measurable outcomes.
Strong Python proficiency, comfortable with APIs and production code, and able to demo and troubleshoot live.
Experience designing and measuring community engagement workflows using CRM, automation, and LLM-based tools.
Ability to work independently in early-stage or resource-constrained environments.
Track record creating technical content and engaging open-source or GitHub communities.
Familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, MLOps, or related developer platforms and a professional network in the San Francisco developer scene.
