Role Overview

Skydropx offers a hybrid position under a CLT contract based in Curitiba at Aldeia Coworking. The professional joins an international environment to manage support systems and technical workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Design, configure, and maintain the HubSpot Service Hub module, which includes custom ticket pipelines, forms, automations, and SLAs.

Build advanced workflows for ticket assignment using dynamic criteria such as schedules, carriers, and keywords.

Execute technical integrations through the HubSpot REST API to generate automatic tickets from external systems via tools like Python, Node.js, and Postman.

Resolve technical incidents reported by internal users to maintain operational continuity.

Train team members on operational and technical best practices for the Service Hub module.

Create internal documentation for processes, configurations, and workflows.

Establish key metrics to measure support team performance and ticket pipeline efficiency.

Requirements

Experience building and configuring complex workflows, integrated forms, automations, and ticket pipelines.

Advanced understanding of the HubSpot REST API and endpoint testing script development using Python, Node.js, and Postman.

Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, JSON, and HTML/CSS for custom integrations and forms.

Functional and technical knowledge of SaaS platforms, ticketing systems, help desks, and support tools.

Familiarity with HubSpot sandbox environments and testing best practices.

Intermediate to advanced technical English proficiency for reading documentation, testing APIs, and navigating interfaces.

Knowledge of G-Suite.

Nice to Have

Advanced Spanish or English language skills.
