Key Responsibilities

Own and direct the organizational experimentation framework, establishing standards for designing, running, and evaluating tests across all product squads.

Drive strategic opportunity sizing by proactively identifying key growth areas, synthesizing product signals, and assisting leadership with prioritization.

Manage top-line company metric strategy, ensuring accurate metric forecasting and high data coverage for annual and quarterly goals.

Lead predictive modeling and machine learning initiatives that actively influence product direction.

Provide mentorship, thought partnership, and guidance to senior data science team members.

Requirements

Bring seven or more years of professional experience working as a data scientist.

Demonstrate high fluency in Python and SQL for analysis, engineering decisions, and infrastructure definition.

Possess end-to-end data pipeline familiarity, including pipeline troubleshooting and data engineering specifications.

Show deep expertise in experimental design, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.

Exhibit product-minded thinking, clear written and verbal communication, and the ability to thrive in a high-autonomy environment.
