Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete lifecycle of assigned machine learning models from initial concept through deployment and post-launch validation.
Translate broader business objectives into specific data science goals aimed at boosting workflow efficiency and lowering operational latency.
Create and run rigorous A/B or interleaved tests to measure model impact and establish success metrics prior to release.
Write production-ready, thoroughly documented code that meets high engineering standards including peer reviews, testing, and CI/CD.
Package and launch models as scalable services and APIs while maintaining operational reliability, performance, and scalability.
Construct monitoring dashboards and alerts to track model health, data drift, SLA compliance, and potential bias.
Take part in an on-call rotation for machine learning systems and lead root cause analysis within 48 hours of any production incident.
Act as the internal subject-matter expert for domains like asset utilization and the patient journey.
Collaborate closely with leadership, product teams, and engineering peers to share insights, outline roadmap priorities, and communicate model limits.

Requirements

Bring ten or more years of professional experience working in data science, machine learning, or related fields.
Demonstrate strong expertise in Python alongside major machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
Possess hands-on background with production machine learning systems covering lifecycle management, monitoring, and model deployment.
Familiarity with cloud computing environments like AWS and scalable infrastructure for machine learning.
Solid comprehension of feature engineering, data engineering, and evaluation metrics for models.
Prior exposure to real-time systems, healthcare data, or real-time location systems.
Understanding of electronic health record systems and related healthcare regulations.
