Role Overview
Tilt is hiring a Data Science Lead, Manager, or Senior Manager to own the data science strategy for its two LATAM markets. Operating within fast-growing business environments, this position combines hands-on technical contribution with team leadership. The professional will direct a small team of data scientists while actively building models, shaping technical direction, and raising delivery standards. Because Mexico and Brazil are at different stages of maturity, the incumbent will establish foundational infrastructure in one market while advancing model architecture in the other.
