Role Overview

Polymarket seeks a Data and Analytics Lead to shape the customer experience analytics strategy remotely. The professional in this position will establish the foundational metrics, design reporting frameworks, and direct the customer experience analytics engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and govern the customer experience metrics layer and corresponding dbt models for service levels, handle time, CSAT, contact rates, and first-contact resolution.

Write SQL queries and construct data models to investigate operational friction points and contact rate anomalies.

Direct the Analytics Engineering team by establishing priorities, reviewing technical deliverables, and aligning output with operational requirements.

Collaborate with the central data organization to develop and unblock necessary data pipelines and shared infrastructure.

Provide customer experience leadership with weekly metric summaries, insight packages, and actionable recommendations.

Design the measurement framework to evaluate the performance and ROI of artificial intelligence agents and automation.

Apply forecasting and quantitative modeling to operational challenges such as staffing requirements and AI deflection rates.

Requirements

Six or more years of professional experience in data science or analytics.

Minimum of two years of experience leading an analytics team.

Advanced proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience using dbt.

Demonstrated fluency in at least one modern business intelligence platform such as Looker, Tableau, Mode, or Hex.

History of building an analytics function or data model completely from scratch.

Practical experience handling customer support datasets and familiar with customer experience metrics.

Ability to communicate complex analysis clearly to executive stakeholders.

Experience collaborating directly with engineering and platform teams for infrastructure delivery.

Nice to Have

Background working with natural language processing or large language models for ticket classification and contact driver analysis.

Prior professional experience within crypto, fintech, or trading platform environments.
