The incoming leader will direct the design and operations of a centralized corporate AI Trust Center, bridging gaps between legal, privacy, compliance, and IT units. Responsibilities include defining responsible AI standards, formulating use case evaluation frameworks for generative and predictive initiatives, and managing data platforms like Databricks through Unity Catalog. Success in the role requires deep regulatory understanding combined with the technical acumen to translate complex risks into clear, operational policies across the entire data lifecycle.
What you will do
- Direct the design, execution, and continuous operations of a centralized corporate AI Trust Center.
- Formulate and enforce organizational strategies for Responsible AI to measure and mitigate algorithmic bias and hallucinations.
- Build a formalized use case evaluation framework to tier and approve all inbound predictive and generative AI initiatives.
- Establish comprehensive oversight procedures mapping the entire AI and machine learning lifecycle from extraction to inference.
- Define and enforce holistic data governance strategies, operating policies, and procedures to maintain corporate data integrity.
- Architect and deploy an enterprise-wide data classification framework for internal, external, and regulated information tiers.
- Govern data access controls and compliance policies across all enterprise data platforms and Enterprise Data Warehouses.
What you need
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a closely related quantitative or technical discipline.
- Demonstrate at least 12 years of experience in data and AI governance, data management, or enterprise data compliance.
- Show a progressive track record of managing enterprise-scale governance programs successfully.
- Bring deep, practical knowledge governing data within Databricks environments with hands-on experience utilizing Unity Catalog.
- Display clear conceptual and functional understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, Agentic AI, vector search, and RAG structures.
- Maintain deep familiarity with modern data privacy and AI regulations with the ability to translate legal definitions into automated technical guardrails.

What is the salary range for this position?
The base pay range for this position is $129,000 to $241,000 per year. Actual pay is determined by relevant experience, skills, and qualifications, and employees may also be eligible for a bonus or commission plan.
