Role Overview

The Customer Success Associate acts as the front line for Pearl, managing incoming outreach and ensuring users feel supported from their initial contact. This is a queue-based, part-time role requiring 10 to 20 hours per week during East Coast business hours, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys solving problems.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for all incoming customer inquiries through calls and emails to ensure rapid response times.
Triage customer needs by accurately routing complex technical or account-level issues to the appropriate CSM or Technical Support specialist.
Resolve Tier 1 support issues, such as password resets, basic product navigation questions, and billing inquiries.
Maintain clean and accurate customer records within the CRM by logging substantive notes and updating contact details.
Learn Pearl’s provider-focused product offerings quickly to help educate users on basic features and benefits.
Identify common customer pain points in the support queue and report feedback to improve the overall user experience.

Requirements

Must be based on the East Coast of the United States and available to work East Coast business hours, Monday through Friday.
Bring a customer-first mentality with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
Demonstrate efficiency in managing a high volume of tasks and working through a ticket pipeline quickly and accurately.
Possess clear, professional, and empathetic verbal and written communication skills.
Show technical aptitude through comfort with web browsers, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn new software rapidly.
Exhibit adaptability and the ability to stay focused in a remote, fast-paced setting.
Display a builder’s mindset by proactively identifying bottlenecks and experimenting with emerging technologies, including AI and LLMs, to eliminate manual workflows and build scalable systems.
