Key Responsibilities

Own vendor performance across GPU hyperscalers and neocloud providers by tracking service level agreements, managing escalations, handling remedies, and securing service credits.
Build and maintain strategic partnerships with key infrastructure providers via regular business reviews and executive engagement.
Partner with Capacity Planning to align capacity with demand, secure committed GPU capacity, forecast growth, and mitigate supply constraints.
Manage vendor governance duties, including contract compliance, invoice reconciliation, renewals, and performance reporting.
Run regular business reviews with partners to address performance metrics, open credit claims, and capacity planning.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of experience in vendor management, cloud partnerships, strategic sourcing, or infrastructure procurement within the AI, GPU, cloud, or hyperscale infrastructure sectors.
Direct professional background working with neocloud, hyperscaler, or GPU infrastructure providers to own commercial relationships and vendor performance.
Highly organized approach with strong attention to detail for managing contract records, reconciling invoices, calculating credits, and keeping accurate documentation.
Capable of managing vendor escalations, executing quarterly business reviews and scorecards, and communicating clearly with executive contacts and internal teams.
Experience managing multi-vendor allocation by priority during supply shortages.

Nice to Have

Prior experience establishing a vendor-management function from scratch at a neocloud or hyperscaler organization.
