Role Overview

Jerry.ai is hiring a Community Manager to build trust and represent the company authentically across key external platforms where users discuss car insurance and repair. The position involves engaging with users on channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok while scaling content strategies with the help of AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
Develop Jerry's playbook for how to show up in each community by determining when to post, reply, or stay silent.
Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps.
Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
Measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in community management or organic social, ideally in fintech, insurtech, or another consumer facing and/or regulated category.
Platform-native communication style with the ability to write naturally across Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
Experience as a strategic operator who builds systems and understands SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
Proven ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human, authentic, and worth following.
Patience and a long-game approach that values organic trust over quick PR wins.
