What you will do
- Design and deploy artificial intelligence and automation solutions to enhance go-to-market operational efficiency.
- Examine company workflows and client operations to structure problems and locate areas for enhancement.
- Extract, clean, and analyze datasets to generate actionable insights for internal choices and client studies.
- Partner closely with engineering units to turn commercial needs into viable technical deployments.
- Track the performance of artificial intelligence systems alongside operational groups and implement necessary refinements.
- Build analytical models and dashboards to monitor key performance metrics and business indicators.
- Deliver clear updates regarding findings and metrics to senior stakeholders across the organization.
What you need
- Solid professional background working as a business analyst or in closely related fields focusing on data analysis and automation.
- Practical background utilizing large language models and artificial intelligence interfaces alongside agentic tools.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and workflow automation platforms such as n8n, Make, or LangChain.
- Working knowledge of Python or comparable programming languages for technical tasks.
- Advanced command of SQL for writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and handling data modeling.
- Advanced proficiency in data manipulation, visualization tools, and spreadsheet software like Excel and Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability in process mapping, continuous improvement, and data storytelling.
- Professional fluency in the English language.
