Role Overview

The Business Operations & AI Enablement Manager is a firmwide leadership position based in Austin, Texas. This professional collaborates with managers, directors, and principals to strengthen operational performance, manage forecasting, and drive strategic growth. The position focuses heavily on deploying artificial intelligence, maintaining data governance, and advocating for internal consultants.

Key Responsibilities

Lead responsible artificial intelligence, automation, data, and technology solutions to improve operational performance and reporting.
Assist with operational forecasts, key performance indicators, dashboards, and analyses for leadership.
Advocate for consultants by supporting staffing, professional development, hiring, onboarding, and talent information management.
Partner with market leaders to strengthen operational consistency, manage risks, and align resources with strategic priorities.
Maintain current artificial intelligence agents, develop new automated workflows, and oversee data quality within HubSpot.

Requirements

Experience using artificial intelligence and automation to improve business processes and internal operations.
Background in developing artificial intelligence agents, automated workflows, or multi-step business solutions.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or Claude.
Experience working with business data management, quality, governance, and reporting.
Experience supporting customer relationship management data hygiene, preferably in HubSpot.
Strong analytical skills with experience creating forecasts, key performance indicators, and management dashboards.

Nice to Have

Exposure to SharePoint Lists, Microsoft Power BI, and Power Automate.
HubSpot administration and process management experience.
Knowledge of NetSuite Analytics, SuiteAnalytics, saved searches, or NetSuite reporting.
Experience integrating data across HubSpot, SharePoint, Power Automate, Power BI, and NetSuite.
Accounting, finance, or Financial Operations experience.
Background supporting consultant staffing, development, and resource planning.
Three or more years of progressive accounting and finance experience as a consultant in a consulting firm.
One or more years of experience as a resource manager or internal operations manager in a consulting firm.
