Key Responsibilities

Manage customer engagements through every phase, covering workload scoping, evaluation, integration, and production deployment.
Design and execute rigorous evaluations on production workloads by establishing success criteria, instrumenting comparisons, and presenting findings to client engineering teams.
Develop a thorough technical understanding of client systems, such as retrieval pipelines, agentic workflows, and code intelligence stacks, to design optimized workflows.
Integrate optimized workflows into client environments and provide support until stable production is achieved.
Collaborate with internal research and platform teams to translate learnings into general product capabilities.
Construct internal methodology standards, including evaluation harnesses, integration runbooks, and engagement guidelines.

Requirements

Exceptional technical depth demonstrated through production systems at scale, shipped research, or ownership of an end-to-end system in an early or founding role.
Practical experience involving LLM serving infrastructure, agent orchestration, or retrieval systems.
Demonstrated rigor in evaluation or benchmarking tasks.
A bias for action, comfort operating in ambiguous environments, and a strong sense of ownership.

Nice to Have

Prior experience working directly with external engineering teams in roles such as forward deployed engineer, solutions architect, or technical consultant.
Familiarity with novel accelerator platforms.
Background working at an early-stage company or serving as a founding engineer.
