Role Overview

Stuut-ai is hiring a Go-to-Market Engineer in New York City to join the team and enhance audience acquisition, engagement, and conversion. The professional will own the operational technology layer to increase lead conversion speed and value.

Key Responsibilities

Activate demand by discovering creative methods to reach target audiences, optimizing existing market efforts, and leveraging new channels and signals.
Build scalable, AI-driven systems across multiple channels to capture, enrich, route, nurture, and convert leads.
Optimize audience acquisition and conversion rates through experiments and data analysis.
Automate content and operational workflows to minimize manual tasks.
Assume broader ownership of company channels and acquisition mixes over time.

Requirements

Possess two to five years of professional background in growth engineering, GTM engineering, performance roles, or RevOps.
Demonstrate technical ability to construct scalable workflows utilizing modern data, automation, AI, and GTM systems.
Understand the complete buyer journey from initial audience acquisition to qualified opportunities.
Ability to secure cross-functional buy-in and deploy strategies to market.
