About this role
C6 Bank needs a technical reference in quality engineering to address the testing, automation, and evaluation challenges of generative AI applications within the Marketplace Engineering division. This team builds and evolves the C6 Assistant, a generative AI tool serving over 35 million customers, while also developing LLMOps platforms and operational efficiency initiatives.
The professional taking on this role will design risk-based quality strategies, build automation frameworks for mobile and APIs, and integrate generative AI tools into the software development lifecycle to handle tasks like test creation, requirement analysis, and fault investigation. Ideal candidates bring solid experience in quality and software engineering, strong programming capabilities in languages such as Python or TypeScript, and practical familiarity with applying AI models to code generation and validation.
What you will do
- Define and implement risk-based quality strategies aligned with business impact and solution architecture.
- Develop automation solutions, frameworks, and tools for mobile applications, APIs, and end-to-end flows using Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
- Apply generative AI instruments, coding assistants, and agents to automate test creation, requirement analysis, and failure investigation.
- Build automated evaluation mechanisms and metrics for generative AI solutions, covering aspects such as guardrails, hallucinations, context, and security.
- Integrate automated validations and quality gates directly into CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and faster delivery cycles.
- Investigate system failures using logs, traces, and metrics to conduct root cause analysis and establish preventive measures.
What you need
- Solid professional background in quality engineering, software engineering in test, or related technical positions.
- Strong programming skills in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or equivalent languages.
- Experience in designing test strategies spanning frontend, backend, APIs, integrations, and end-to-end scenarios.
- Familiarity with test automation frameworks such as Cypress, Robot Framework, and Appium.
- Practical experience with generative AI tools applied to software development, debugging, and code generation.
- Proficiency with version control using Git and adherence to software engineering best practices.
Nice to have
- Experience with developing or validating applications based on Large Language Models and generative AI.
- Knowledge of architectures utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation, agents, function calling, and language models.
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation frameworks and the construction of automated evaluations.
- Understanding of AI observability metrics including hallucination rate, groundedness, latency, token usage, and cost.
- Experience building agents or automations that operate directly within the software development and quality lifecycle.
