Role Overview

Savvy is hiring an AI Strategy & Ops Manager to join the Platform Services team at the NYC office in Union Square. Reporting to the Senior AI Strategy & Ops Manager, this cross-functional role focuses on execution, data analysis, and workflow automation. The position offers broad exposure to operations, client servicing, finance, and product management by helping the business scale through smart systems rather than headcount alone.

Key Responsibilities

Run the Platform Services operating rhythm, including weekly reviews, KR tracking, quarterly and annual planning, and action item follow-through.
Own planning logistics end to end, such as headcount templates, capacity models, and keeping planning documents on schedule.
Draft and maintain internal documents, meeting materials, and team updates.
Lead projects end to end from scoping and stakeholder alignment to execution and iteration.
Partner with Advisor Success leaders to improve workflows, standard operating procedures, documentation, and frontline enablement.
Break down ambiguous problems into clear workstreams, timelines, and owners.
Identify manual and repetitive tasks, partnering with Ops and Engineering to automate or simplify workflows using an AI-first mindset.
Track adoption of new tools and processes while using feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Build analyses and simple models covering capacity, workload, and ROI to inform prioritization and resourcing.
Maintain core metrics and reporting to track progress and flag risks early.

Requirements

Two to four years of experience in business operations, strategy and operations, management consulting, investment banking, or a similarly rigorous analytical role.
Background in a high-growth startup or a high-ownership setting involving multiple responsibilities.
Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and follow details with minimal oversight.
Structured, analytical problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate imperfect information and form clear recommendations.
Clear written and verbal communication skills for creating crisp documents and stakeholder updates.
Hands-on experience using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude and automation tools to accelerate research, analysis, and workflows.
Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills.
High ownership, low ego attitude focused on outcomes rather than credit.
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and deadlines.

Nice to Have

Exposure to wealth management or financial services operations.
Experience building or improving standard operating procedures, process documentation, or enablement materials for frontline or client-facing teams.
