Role Overview

LeoVegas Group seeks an AI Strategy and Transformation Lead to join the Business team within the central AI Hub in Stockholm, Sweden. The professional in this role will shape the AI portfolio, guide priority initiatives from conception to execution, and redesign core business processes to enhance operational efficiency. Collaborating with functional leaders, technical architects, and department champions, the lead will oversee the hub-and-spoke transformation model impacting over 2,000 colleagues and the player experience.

Key Responsibilities

Shape and oversee the AI strategy and portfolio of priority initiatives by evaluating business value, feasibility, and risk.
Lead the redesign of core business processes using artificial intelligence, generative AI, agentic AI, and intelligent automation.
Direct the AI Centre of Excellence alongside functional AI Champions to maintain the hub-and-spoke operational model.
Drive change management initiatives in partnership with human resources and communications to ensure adoption of new workflows.
Partner with technical, security, and legal departments to guarantee sound architecture, data quality, and responsible AI governance.
Establish key performance indicators for individual projects and report progress, adoption rates, and business value to leadership alongside finance.
Monitor advancements in generative AI, large language models, and agentic systems to identify practical enterprise applications.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional experience in business transformation, process excellence, or technology adoption.
Demonstrated history of leading AI-enabled business process redesign with measurable outcomes.
Practical knowledge of generative AI, large language models, agentic AI applications and limitations, and responsible AI governance.
Change management and stakeholder coordination abilities across business and technical cross-functional teams.
Communication, presentation, and workshop facilitation skills for diverse audiences.

Nice to Have

Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or process mining, or hold a PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
Professional background within the iGaming sector or a regulated consumer-facing digital industry.
