Role Overview

The AI Solutions Specialist acts as a bridge between enterprise clients and the proprietary procurement platform. This customer-facing role involves understanding corporate operations, examining policy files, and turning complex client workflows into precise technological configurations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct implementation calls with enterprise clients to map out procurement processes and gather operational requirements.
Analyze customer policy documents, approval matrices, standard operating procedures, and routing rules to extract core business logic.
Build platform configurations through prompts, rules, decision trees, and routing instructions.
Perform rigorous testing by creating test cases and managing unusual scenarios to ensure the platform meets client specifications.
Troubleshoot unexpected platform outputs and refine the settings to improve reliability.
Oversee daily client engagements, track project progress, and manage outstanding tasks.
Set up AI agents for document classification, analysis, compliance monitoring, and procurement tasks.
Develop reusable templates to streamline future client implementations.
Relay insights gathered from customer interactions to product and engineering teams.
