Role Overview

As an AI Solution Advisor, the incumbent advises enterprise CISOs and security operations center leaders on modernizing workflows with the company platform. Responsibilities include defining strategic direction, establishing measurable outcomes, and collaborating with cross-functional sales and engineering teams on high-stakes customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Engage in strategic pre-sales deals to drive technical and executive wins across complex accounts.
Scope customized solutions for replacing managed services, automating security operations, or displacing legacy platforms.
Define target operating models, maturity baselines, and implementation roadmaps.
Diagnose customer environments to identify architectural and operational gaps.
Lead executive security conversations and transformation workshops.
Drive post-sales adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term referenceability.
Build and refine reusable advisory playbooks, frameworks, and transformation models.
Mentor solutions engineers and channel customer feedback back into product and engineering roadmaps.

Requirements

Ten or more years of professional experience in cybersecurity, security operations, security architecture, or consulting, including senior leadership roles.
Background as a Chief Information Security Officer, deputy CISO, security operations center leader, or senior security architect.
Demonstrated history of leading change management and organizational security adoption.
Comprehensive understanding of security operations center operating models, security information and event management, security orchestration and automated response, and threat detection.
Ability to evaluate complex corporate environments and scope technical integrations.
Strong executive communication skills with the capacity to simplify technical topics for leadership.

Nice to Have

Fifteen years in cybersecurity with six or more years leading a large enterprise security operations center.
Degree in cybersecurity or information systems.
Background in leading security modernization programs or operational change.
Experience facilitating executive workshops, quarterly business reviews, or board-level discussions.
Exposure to multi-tenant service provider delivery models.
Familiarity with artificial intelligence-driven security operations and federated platforms.
